Amanda has over 18 years of experience delivering tax and business advisory services. Her practice focuses on U.S. and international tax planning and compliance for individuals, privately held businesses, and cross-border trusts and estates. She also provides accounting and business advisory services to a wide range of clients, including private equity funds, startup companies, and closely held enterprises.
Amanda has extensive expertise in international tax matters, including inbound and outbound planning, global income structuring, foreign investment reporting, and pre-immigration tax strategy.
She has deep experience with foreign financial asset disclosure, having guided many clients through the IRS Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program (OVDP), streamlined filing procedures, and international information reporting requirements.
